If you are asking about an active order, please include your Order Number (#XL...) and the email address used during checkout so we can pull up your details immediately.

Due to our rapid artist assignment process, any changes to shipping addresses, photo replacements, or special requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
3. Photo Approval Process
Every plushie includes a Sneak Peek preview before dispatch. Please check your email inbox (including Spam/Junk folders) for photo confirmations from our artists.
4. High Volume Holiday Notice
